Robin LLewellyn will explore the art of questioning and challenge the group to become a better leader through strong questioning skills.
As leaders we have all been in the room with a group of our colleagues who are earnestly working toward a plan or solution. Then something almost magical happens. Someone on the team asks a question that changes the entire dynamics of the room. The question breaks through the tedium and creates excitement and engagement. It is a remarkably powerful moment. The question is the spark that gets it all going.
As leaders we know the power of that moment. We have seen the power of a great question in action. As leaders, we have to ask ourselves how we can improve our skills to best utilize questions. Robin breaks down the characteristics we embody when we ask powerful questions and provides ways to develop questioning skills. This interactive presentation provides information and activities to incorporate into the leadership toolkits.
Registration is required and open to Williamson County Institute for Excellence Members.
